When it comes to health and wellness, Gut shows a vital role in projecting the overall health status.

How do you feel if you're having bowel irregularities or constipation, did you felt good for not pooping for more than 3 days ? I heard your answers "NO" isn't. In health management - major indicator would be the energy balance. Whatever we eat, it has to be digested and has to be excreted. That's how the whole mechanism works. If this system disrupts, it will be affect your health. In fact about 80% of our health issues are can be address due to poor gut system. We rarely observe these. As long if you have trouble up shitting then finding for alternatives by eating up pills rather than acknowledging what's actually happening inside the gut.

The gut contains millions of bacteria, when out of balance can cause illness. All major organ affected by gut mechanism. Efficient waste removal system is key to healthy gut

Taking care guts start with your current dietary practices.
Don't make any assumption that you're supposed to eat salad and greens. I guess that's really boring. I'm not accusing any food like go for this or that.
I'll share some and see what works for you.
1. Eat gut friendly foods

Gut friendly food basically describes food sources rich with fiber, minerals and prebiotic rich food groups. You can really obtain from fruits, vegetables, yogurt, nuts and legumes. Some would go for prebiotic foods and beverages. Prebiotic is source of food for your gut's healthy bacteria that induce the growth or activity of beneficial microorganisms in the gut
2.Get start with subtle cleansing juice
Cleansing juice preferably to consume in morning. In the morning our digestion fire still slow and about to activating. Therefore' let's pamper our digestion system by consume green juice to boost the efficiency of the system. Apart from that, it is good to consume in early morning because it helps to flush out toxin that been accumulated in the body. Green juices that you guys can try out like cucumber, winter melon and ash gourd juices.
3 Reduce your junk foods, processed foods and fast foods
I'm not stopping you from enjoying those foods. But take in consideration. Try to ask twice before purchasing;
Are these foods worth enough for your health? Does it satisfy your body nutrients?. I guess if we try this method lots of unhealthy choices can be reduced. I don't deny we all always influence by the advertising and marketing industry that prompts us to try out their food products. All we need to focus on quantity whenever wanted to eat the "less healthier options "foods. Let me sum up, you can still enjoy your burgers, ice cream, chips and chocolates in small portion in any occasions or make it as once in a month.
Simply follow these 3 rules and observe the gut changes. Small changes can show bigger improvement. See ya in the next session
