
Bacteria are always not harmful. As millions of microorganisms were always found inside our cells. Especially in our gut. Therefore, it’s not dangerous but can be harmful when our guts are unhappy. Our guts are unhappy when our friendly bacteria are lesser than the harmful ones. The reduction in good bacteria (friendly bacteria) can be due to poor diet or lack of sleep.
