Reduce your complaints.
Complaints is inviting negative vibes which can easily wiped off our positive energy. Single complain can drop your energy level . Let me give an example: "ohh, it is really hot and i can't take it". Are you said this before, the next moment you felt so tired and exhausted which reduce your energy levels. you'll be noticing these. Maybe if you change those statement in another way " ohh, it is really hot, it will be nice if I can get a coconut water". The next thing you're enjoying the coconut water despite of the hot weather. So your energy remain and almost revive up to another level since you drink the coconut water. So it is not that I'm asking you drink coconut water, it is about how you develop and say things to yourself is the most important part.
2. Compliment a lot.
When is the last time you say nice thing to someone, praise someone or even for your own self. Give it a count how many you've done today? can you list it?
Come on, you are full of good energy just need some wake up call for you to begin. At first you might felt awkward, but trust me it is going to be fun and load down your burdens at some point. Try compliment your friend, family or working colleagues about how much good things that they've done for you, show to them how grateful you are via simple and lovely messages. If you don't want too long. Yeah you can simply say "thank you and I'm grateful for you for having by my side". Initially you'll be noticing their reply be like "what's wrong and are you okay ?".But for just some time , then you also noticing the same things will get back to you. Just by compliment and being grateful, you really can create a beautiful bond among them and the surroundings too.
