One of the diet myth we need to aware before step into those diet strategy.


Restricting a certain food groups. This is definitely not a good strategy as you are restricting yourself from obtaining adequate and essential nutrients. Neglecting your micro or macro nutrients in dieting will not improve your health but it will contribute towards adverse health effects. Macronutrient and micronutrient are complement your diet. Neglecting any of these would lead to undernutrition. Get to address what actually macronutrient and micronutrient all about

We need to understand each of nutrients play vital role in maintaining and regulating body system. If we refrain our self from any of those food group you're undernourished. Restriction is not always fun because you're refraining yourself from enjoying your favorite foods which increase your food cravings.

No more restricting your food groups instead balancing your each food group are the best option and essential for healthy and sustainable weight loss.

Let me share the easiest method everyone can practice without hesitation


  • Eat more fruits and vegetables (the most)

  • Consume quarter portion of carbs like rice, breads and parrathas

  • Consume quarter portion protein( vegan can obtain from plant sources such as tempeh, tofu and legumes)

  • Consume Junk food, fast food and sweetened beverages in smaller quantities

So let me conclude, Healthy and sustainable weight management can be achieved through well balanced nutrients. Restriction lead to undernourishment and increase health risk if practices for longer term. I'm not completely forbidden these restriction diet, it has to be done under healthcare supervision. For better dieting management always look out for dietitian, nutritionist and health advisor which guides you towards right and well balanced nutrition track.
